Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's location is fantastic, with convenient access to public transportation and close to attractions. The rooms were a bit dark even with all the lights on and featured some unusual design choices. The service was accommodating but had some inconsistencies. The dining experience was enjoyable with a mix of Western and Oriental dishes. The facilities were adequate but not outstanding.
My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The room felt like an air-raid shelter, very old with super slow wifi and no shower curtain causing water to spill out, which was unexpected given the price paid. On the positive side, the room was clean and neat, but it got noisy with open windows as there was no air conditioning during cooler months.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. On the upside, the rooms were in good condition and very clean, with spacious bathrooms. However, the service was a bit lacking as we were moved to a smaller and less clean room with some broken amenities. The location, right in the heart of Hongdae, was a major highlight, offering convenience and a vibrant atmosphere. The dining experience fell short of expectations, but the hotel facilities were adequate.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and spacious, with nice amenities like a double Jacuzzi and a heated toilet seat. However, the lack of ventilation and broken heater made the room stuffy and uncomfortably hot. The location was great, surrounded by food places and shopping spots, but the dining options were subpar for the price. The service was friendly and efficient, although they automatically charged my reservation card without asking. Overall, a decent stay marred by room comfort issues and dining quality.
The hotel room didn't have an outward-facing window, making it very dark, but it was clean and spacious, possibly due to being newly built. The location in the heart of lively Hongdae was excellent with lots happening around. The room size was decent.
I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The location was fantastic with plenty of nearby attractions, but the rooms left much to be desired. The service was inconsistent, and the dining options were not impressive. Overall, a decent stay but with some issues to consider.
The hotel room was spacious, but not very cozy or welcoming. It was not very clean, with mold in the bathroom. The room felt hot, the beds were hard, and there was only one outlet in the whole room. The TV and computer controls were all in Korean, making communication with the hotel staff difficult. Additionally, the room was a bit dark even with all the lights on.
When I first entered the room, it seemed pretty impressive in size. Although the bed was uncomfortable and the lighting wasn't great, the space was decent enough. However, the absence of a table made it challenging for business travelers to work effectively. The hotel's location in Hongdae is the only standout feature, being right in the heart of the vibrant area. It's advisable to take the airport bus 6002 if you have large luggage. On the downside, there were cleanliness issues in some areas, notably black dirt marks behind the desk. The dining experience was subpar with set dishes offered haphazardly. Despite its shortcomings, the hotel's central location remains its biggest advantage.
The hotel is located right next to the vibrant Hongdae area, offering a lively atmosphere with plenty of food and shopping options for young adults. The rooms are spacious and high-class but lacked sufficient outlets and had Korean controls. The service is top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff guiding guests effortlessly to tourist spots. The location is superb, just a 5-minute walk from Hongik University station, making it a convenient choice for exploring the city. However, there were noticeable dirt marks in some areas, impacting the overall cleanliness.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were cozy and clean, with all the necessary hygiene products available in the bathroom, but I felt they could have utilized the space better. The room was not spotless, and it was uncomfortably hot. The beds were hard, there was only one outlet in the room, and I struggled with the Korean controls for the TV and computer, making it hard to communicate with the hotel staff.
